well I like the succinctness of no proper comment but I feel compelled to mention that this is another hundred year old drawing, one of the last before the 50 year hiatus.
I'm not a fan of raccoons. One attacked my dog. Or it might have been an opossum. I dunno, it was dark. But I feel okay about the animalistic profiling; they both have sharp nails.
But...I'm a fan of trees. And your tree is pretty with all its detail, even with that furry, long nailed creature peering out of it. So, I like this. Yup.
Okay, fine....your raccoon is eat up in detail. (Gosh, I talk to Rachel almost too much. Eat up? *sigh*) You're a talented one, Katie...apparently for the last hundred years.
Animalistic profiling.... Yes you do seem to have a bit of Rachel rubbed off on you, but you wear it well. I like drawing trees. They don't have to look like anything except..trees. Yes, it's been a busy century.

I did a sketch of a hummingbird and a lily on a twig recently. My twig turned out awesome!
See, that's what I mean about twigs.
And yes, I think I could be happy just drawing twigs and sticks all my live long days...until I got bored of it.
